About Dynasty Trade Calculator

Dynasty Trade Calculator is a free toolkit for dynasty fantasy football managers. We help you value trades, rookie picks, and entire rosters across 1QB, Superflex, and IDP formats — without paywalls or signups.

Our methodology

Each player carries a numeric dynasty value on a 0–10,000 scale. Values blend recent NFL production, age curve, contract and depth-chart situation, draft capital, and projected role. Superflex values boost quarterbacks to reflect QB scarcity; IDP values are tuned for leagues that start individual defenders.

How trades are scored

We sum each side of a deal and compare the totals. Under 5% is Even, 5–15% is a Slight edge, 15–30% is a Clear winner, and over 30% is Lopsided. The trade analyzer goes a step further and writes a short rationale you can share with your league.

Update cadence

Values are refreshed throughout the NFL season after major news — injuries, benchings, breakouts, and trades — and after every NFL Draft and rookie reveal.
